Who we are
Invito is a service by Tech Solutions di Giuseppe Barbieri (VAT IT03982400784), Via Verticelli 45, Casali del Manco (CS), Italia, the data controller. For any question: giuseppebarbieri750@gmail.com.
What we process and why
- The invitation: the texts you write (names, date, place, and the number, username or email where RSVPs arrive). They are needed to publish it at the link you choose, where anyone with the link can see it.
- A random code of your phone, not linked to you and stored only as a hash: it applies the free plan limits and stops abuse.
- The purchase code from Apple or Google: it verifies the payment. We never see your card details.
- The IP address of requests, stored only as a hash: for usage limits (deleted within 24 hours) and together with reports.
Opening an invitation leaves nothing behind: no cookies, no tracking. When a guest taps "RSVP", their messaging app opens and the message goes straight to you, never through us.
How long
- The invitation deletes itself at the expiry you choose (one year at most). You can delete it earlier from the app.
- Previews are deleted after 10 minutes.
- Purchase codes are kept up to 24 months, in case of disputes.
Who helps us
Supabase (database, in the European Union) and Vercel (website) process data on our behalf. Payments go through Apple and Google, under their own policies. We don't sell data, run ads or profile anyone.
Legal bases
The service you ask for (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (art. 6.1.f).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to processing, by writing to giuseppebarbieri750@gmail.com. There are no accounts: send us the link of the invitation so we can find it. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante).
Invitations for children
Invito is meant for adults. If you create an invitation for a child's party, you are the one writing their details: include only what's needed.
