The service

With the Invito app you create an animated invitation and publish it at a link on tech-solutions.me/invito, for as long as you choose. The service is provided by Tech Solutions di Giuseppe Barbieri (VAT IT03982400784).

Price

The Essential design is free: up to 3 invitations online per phone, each for up to one month. Other designs are paid once per invitation, at the price shown in the store, through Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by the store under its rules.

Your content

You are responsible for what you write. If you include other people's details (for example a phone number) you must have their consent. Illegal, offensive, hateful, sexual or violent content, spam, scams, impersonation and links are not allowed.

Zero tolerance: an invitation that breaks these rules is removed without notice and the phone that created it may be blocked. No refund is due in that case.

Reports

Anyone can report an invitation from the link at the bottom of the page. We review every report as soon as possible; with several reports the invitation is hidden right away, pending review.

Duration and deletion

An invitation stays online until the expiry you chose, then it is deleted for good. You can delete it earlier from the app.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service available, but can't guarantee it without interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to what you paid for the invitation. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If they change, the new version applies to invitations created after the change.
